"The product we buy is called Prep ZT and is only recently available in the UK ( I believe we were in fact the first company to use it).
For us as a business it has two advantages. Firstly it has a very extended life and as it is principally only used on match days that has obvious fiscal advantages to us despite it being nearly 60% more expensive.
Secondly, it is marketed as a solution to hydrogenated fats and trans fats, whilst fried food will always be perceived as unhealthy it, at least, is a move in the right direction."
