The leisure centre in Crowborough, of which Mr X has been a member of for over seven years, has organised a five-a-side football tournament. Mr X paid his £25 for a team weeks ago, yet on the day before the tournament, was told that there has been a mix-up. Despite paying, the centre had no record of the team, so said his team of seven players couldn't play. Bizarrely, the staff have two teams which have had no problem entering.
